be a part of? Manufacturing / Value Stream Leader will end up with
a team of roughly 20 employees across 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts.
The candidate will work with a peer group in Technical Operations,
Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver on
commitments, ultimately responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery

backward when it comes to solving problems.Responsibilities may
shift with business needs, and you will make impacts in the
following ways;
- Utilizes capacity analysis to establish methods for maximum
utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Works with the team to translate customer requirements into
strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective
processing.
- Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the
production facility.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel.
- Utilize all the tools available to drive a Zero Defect culture
throughout the team (Root Cause Corrective Action, Corrective
Action Review Board, Kaizen Events and Projects for Green and Black
Belts).
- Participates in technology roadmaps and implementation of new
equipment and processes.Because of the need for consistent,
in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site.This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.**Please note
that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position
requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.**Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Business Administration, or Engineering, or equivalent 6
years of working experience.
- Familiarity with Electronics Manufacturing
- Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment, with a
customer-focused approach, and an aptitude for continuous
improvement in serving internal and external customers
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems and DoD manufacturing
and test standards.
- Strong diplomatic, communication skills
- Ability to execute and deliver on tactical objectivesPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Knowledge of material fabricating equipment and techniques
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) product streamsPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $105240 - $178920Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
