Compensation Analyst to work for a premier client in Paramus,
NJ.
Responsibilities:
-Execute annual comp plans
-Responsible for a high volume of market pricing
-Job evaluation
-Salary survey
-Ad hoc reporting
-Identify key metrics
-Financial reporting
-Offer letter management
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of compensation experience
-Bachelors degree
-Advanced MS Office Suite
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
