Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance and Accounting to
lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare financial statements and variance analysis
Oversee the multi-entity financial close process and budget
variance analysis
Implement policies to maintain internal controls and ensure
regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial close processes
Experience with Netsuite, SAP Concur, Salesforce, or similar
software
MBA or CPA is a plus
