Kisco, NY is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and project cost reports Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions Supervise and mentor a small accounting team Collaborate with project managers on budgets, forecasts, and job performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Construction industry experience required Proficient in accounting software Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment INJUN2025
