About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with contract terms Communicate with clients regarding invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure accurate billing data Maintain and update billing records and client information Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to billing activities Support collections by following up on outstanding invoices as needed Qualifications: 2 years of billing, accounts receivable, or related experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
