Role Summary: The Experience Operations Specialist is an
independent contributor at Chubb, responsible for leading a
comprehensive range of activities within the Global Experience &
Design organization. This role ensures continuity, governance,
vendor management, financial excellence, and community engagement
across all experience and design initiatives. Who You Are:

Chubb’s overall organizational culture. What You Will Do: Contract
Management: Support the renewal and negotiation processes for
contracts with strategic vendors. Budget Development and
Management: Create and oversee budgets for the Experience
portfolio, implement chargeback models, and effectively communicate
these charges to product owners. Collaborate with leadership to
ensure financial alignment and accountability. Vendor Relationship
Facilitation: Act as a liaison to foster productive conversations
and relationships with strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals. Invoice Processing Expertise: Develop a
comprehensive understanding of the Purchase Requisition/Order and
invoicing processes within Chubb, utilizing the Coupa purchasing
system. Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained throughout the
lifecycle and maintain accountability for timely processing and
reporting of invoices. Community Development Leadership: Spearhead
the development of community communications, including newsletters,
surveys, communities of practice, and website content, to enhance
engagement and collaboration. SharePoint Library Stewardship:
Maintain and enhance the organization of our SharePoint library,
ensuring files are stored efficiently and categorized appropriately
for easy access. What You Bring: Foundational Skills: Analytical
Thinker : Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data,
presenting findings in a clear, logical, and easily understandable
format. Collaborative Team Player : Proven capability to
effectively engage and interact with key stakeholders across
multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Strong Communicator : Excellent communication and time management
skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in
delivering results. Project/Program/Portfolio Understanding :
Understanding of basic project and program management concepts,
including methodologies related to demand planning, forecasting,
and resource allocation. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft
Office : Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
enabling effective data analysis, charting, and presentation.
SharePoint Expertise : Experience in navigating SharePoint,
including managing permissions and configuring lists and library
settings to optimize functionality. Proficient in utilizing Team
channels to enhance communication effectiveness. Project Tools &
Concepts : Knowledge of enterprise project-level tools like Clarity
for time tracking and project management. Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a

age. The pay range for the role is $122,200 to $207,800. The
specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other
factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a

adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the
