Role Roadmap We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Market Operations team member to support Kalshi’s growing Crypto markets. You’ll own the launching, running, and settling of crypto-related markets in a fast-moving, highly regulated exchange environment. This role sits at the center of market execution, product coordination, and operational rigor. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure crypto markets are listed accurately, settle correctly, and operate with the highest standards of precision and integrity. What You’ll Do List and manage crypto-related markets, ensuring timely and accurate launches aligned with internal approvals and regulatory requirements Execute daily market settlement processes, verifying resolution values and ensuring accurate and efficient settlements Monitor live markets for operational issues or discrepancies, escalating and resolving issues to maintain market integrity Develop deep familiarity with crypto market mechanics, including strike prices, resolution criteria, and contract specifications Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to support smooth market operations Maintain clear and accurate market documentation, trackers, and operational records Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes, tooling, and workflows What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; background in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred 2–5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, trading operations, or a similarly high-precision operational role Strong interest in crypto markets and digital assets, with a desire to build deep domain expertise Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making quick, well-reasoned decisions in time-sensitive environments Proficiency with operational tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems Clear communicator with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset Bonus Prior experience working with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or market infrastructure Familiarity with derivatives, prediction markets, or other financial market structures Experience working in regulated financial or fintech environments NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure Salary Range: $110,000 to $170,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role.
