Job Description:
Liro Group, a leader in providing robust engineering and
architecture services, is seeking a skilled Field
Engineer/Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This
position is ideal for a versatile individual with a strong
background in construction engineering and management, capable of
overseeing multiple projects from conception through completion.
The Field Engineer/Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in
coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with project
specifications, codes, and safety standards. Supervise construction
projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed within
time and budgetary constraints. Performs regular site visits, and
surveys to monitor construction progress, and assess compliance
with design specifications, safety standards, and state and federal
regulations. Coordinate and communicate between various project
stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and
clients to ensure effective information exchange and project
delivery. Manage and mentor staff, providing direction and guidance
to project teams to ensure professional growth and project success.
Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports, manage
project schedules, and perform risk management to minimize project
risks. Troubleshoot and resolve any emerging problems on the job
site efficiently and professionally. Strong understanding of civil
engineering principles, construction management, and building
processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership
skills. Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office. Ability to read
blueprints, structural designs, and other technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in project management
software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
desired. PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent preferred.
