Job Description:
A company is looking for an Illinois Teacher for Deaf and Hard
of Hearing Students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored instruction to meet the diverse needs of deaf and
hard of hearing students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for
each student
Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to create a
cohesive support network
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing
Previous experience in teaching or supporting deaf and
hard-of-hearing students
Familiarity with various instructional strategies and assistive
technologies
Liability insurance to protect against potential risks
Position structured as a 1099 contracted role
