Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Patient Education Agent to
assist patients with understanding the Inflation Reduction Act and
its impact on their healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide education to patients about the Inflation Reduction Act and
its effects on Medicare and prescription drug costs
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address patient inquiries and
concerns
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the company's
CRM system
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant
certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a remote healthcare call center
environment
Minimum of 2 years of Medicare benefits experience
Minimum of 1 year of direct patient communication experience
Advanced understanding of healthcare systems, Medicare, and drug
pricing
