Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Product Search and
Ranking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the building and scaling of Product Catalog, Exact Product
Matching, and Product Search services
Design and implement complex systems and architectures to enhance
business value
Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering
efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
More than 7 years of experience in distributed systems and software
development principles
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field preferred
Strong command of Golang, Python, and experience with vector
databases and embedding technologies
Expertise in data storage technologies, including relational and
NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Platform
