is a 2nd shift position working 5 x 8 What You Will Do: Leading
employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts. Perform
daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective
communication, and execution with support group members. Establish
work schedules and monthly delivery plans considering resource
availability that align with customer needs and satisfy financial
obligations. Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on
team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective
communications, and in developing an efficient team that is
responsive to production requirements and changes. Achieve target
performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard
Production System (SPS) including but not limited to: Tiered
accountability, Visual management systems and Demonstrate clear
focus on accountability to daily results, rapid identification of
root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions.
Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture, through
application of tools. Champion sustained improvements in safety,
quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction
through the system’s various elements. Communicate to peers
requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow.
Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working
relationship. Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and
respond to all EH&S requirements promptly. Control quality,
productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while
ensuring a high level of customer happiness. Qualifications You
Must Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum
4 years of manufacturing/operations experience. Minimum of 2 years
leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting
required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with Continuous Improvement
principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.). Consistent
track record in team leadership roles. Ability to plan projects and
to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence
business objectives. Computer proficiency in Excel a plus. Learn

working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes
all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to
the development of our engines. As part of our commitment to

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key
