Trade is poised to accelerate our growth as the premier online
destination for the $14-billion at-home coffee market---and we need
your help. The Role We're looking for a seasoned growth marketing
leader to drive our paid media strategy across all channels. The
ideal candidate has a proven track record of putting the right
message in front of the right consumer at the right time -
resulting in strong customer acquisition, retention and
reactivation metrics within CPA targets. You'll be responsible for
performance across all existing channels (Meta, Google, Bing,
Affiliate, YouTube, Podcast, Instagram & soon-to-be TikTok), while
scoping and launching new channels to support your strategy and
company growth targets. This role reports to the CMO. The Director
will oversee two agency partners (and eventually, a direct report)
and will work closely with nearly all cross-functional partners,
including our business analytics, finance, retention and product

the Director of Growth Marketing, you will...
- Develop paid media strategies that both build top-of-funnel
brand awareness and deliver on KPIs across the following channels:
social, search, affiliate, podcast, YouTube
- Collaborate with Finance and agency partners on on bottoms up
forecasts, ensuring strategies are designed to deliver on growth
targets
- Think holistically about the end-to-end customer journey and
how to deliver on different purchase outcomes (i.e. subscribe,
one-time purchase, gift purchase)
- Own customer-facing creative, working with our creative team to
ensure tailored ad unit to landing page experiences and / or
personalized including script copy that speaks to different
audiences
- Collaborate with agency partners and the internal team to
implement tactics that support channel-specific strategies
- Analyze and report on performance with a relentless focus on
scaling efficiently, while regularly assessing our attribution
model to bring best-in-class practices to Trade
- Hit and maintain LTV/CAC goals across your channels while
scaling spend, owning and optimizing your monthly marketing budget
to maximize this metric
- Prospect new partners and partnership opportunities that expose
Trade to new audiences
- Run effective A/B tests (i.e. creative, messaging, audiences,
offers, etc) to optimize acquisition and ensure that all key
accounts reach targets and receive exposure across our network of
affiliates, podcasts, and influencers
- Actively collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to
optimize our conversion funnel performance for customers acquired
in these channels
- Generate the vision for our marketing technology stack to
ensure we're leveraging best-in-class platforms and approaches You
have...
- 7+ years of DTC growth marketing experience, and familiarity
with a subscription business model
- Built, coached and led both external and internal growth
teams
- A proven track record of delivering growth efficiently and
profitably
- Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and optimizing
for channel-level CLVs/CPAs
- In-platform Meta, Google experience, as well as analytics
experience with Looker and Google Analytics
- A thorough understanding of affiliate channel partnerships and
networks, such as Impact
- Understanding of influencer partnerships, across IG/TikTok,
Podcast and YouTub
- An ability to deep dive into performance data on a daily basis
to draw conclusions and make optimization recommendations You'll be

attribution and ideal channel mix Office Guidelines While we
operate in a hybrid-first environment, the office is open and
available for all Monday through Friday. Team members are expected
to spend at least three days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined
through alignment with market data. Base salary is determined by a
number of factors including the candidate's experience,
qualifications, and skills. NYC Base Salary Range $150,000-$180,000

spending account, and paid leave (including vacation time and
parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and
