mission to address the sophisticated challenges faced by transport
providers in moving people and goods around the world. We are
passionate about creating sustainable, comfortable, and efficient
rail travel by seamlessly integrating pioneering technology with

We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic Contract Manager to

part of our team, you'll be instrumental in providing valuable
contract management advice during public procurements,
negotiations, and project execution. Your ability to communicate
complex contractual topics clearly and drive consensus decisions
will be essential to your success in this role.
What we're looking for in you:
--- A law degree and extensive Contract Management experience in
the realm of public infrastructure and governmental contracts.
--- A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in commercial
transactions and litigation.
--- Excellent communication skills to engage in negotiations with
various partners and prepare intricate contracts.
--- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to devise risk
mitigation strategies.
--- Proficiency with project/program controls software and
web-based program management systems.
--- Familiarity with regulated industries.
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:
--- Analyzing, evaluating, and resolving diverse matters with
government agencies, commercial customers, partners, suppliers, and
subcontractors.
--- Identifying and assessing contractual risks, opportunities, and
requirements while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulatory
requirements.
--- Collaborating with the project management team to define the
legal strategy for projects and handling project-related claim
opportunities.
--- Consulting with management and drafting official correspondence
transparently and professionally.
--- Monitoring contract conditions and events, identifying claim
possibilities, and defending against external claims.
--- Participating in claim negotiations, pre-litigation matters,
and project management.
If you're ready to dive into a role that's both challenging and
rewarding, where you'll have the opportunity to drive real change
and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Let's work together to shape the future of sustainable mobility
