A ground-up firm is looking for a proven Senior - Project Manager with a strong background on diverse commercial construction projects. They are growing rapidly and are opening up their team for a Senior Project Manager. Growth potential is very high as well offering different avenues to grow yourself within the companyTHIS COMPANY AND JOB ARE BASED IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURIJob Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
• Client follow-up and retentionSkills and Requirements:
  • Construction Management degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of TEAM LEADING in commercial construction -
  • Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Extensive experience in cost controls
