Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Senior Program
Manager to lead its onsite multi-location counseling program for
content moderators.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall Trust & Safety program strategy and oversee
multiple Program Managers and clinical teams
Ensure service metrics are met and facilitate communication with
internal leadership and external customers
Contribute to budget management and the planning and execution of
program growth initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline
Current unrestricted clinical practice license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT,
LMHC)
8+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral
health
3+ years of relevant supervisory/program leadership experience
Deep experience in operations and program strategy delivery
