A company is looking for a Tongan Transcription Team Manager to oversee a team of transcribers in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor team progress and performance to ensure timely project completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Provide support and troubleshoot issues reported by transcribers



Required Qualifications

Full proficiency in the Tongan language
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription, or localization
Proficiency in computer skills, including MAC and PC platforms
Strong grammar, orthography, and punctuation skills
Ability to onboard within two weeks
