A company is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead their billing function.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the billing process for customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
Collaborate with Sales and Collections teams to align invoicing with contract terms and manage past due invoices
Lead initiatives to automate internal operations and improve revenue and accounts receivable reporting


Required Qualifications

Experience leading billing functions in a software company with various customer contract types
Experience overseeing or supporting collections teams
Familiarity with NetSuite, SalesForce, Stripe, and Excel
Experience working with remote-first teams
Background in venture-backed or private equity-backed companies
