Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Account Manager for
a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance and regulatory performance through Key
Performance Indicators (KPI)
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing risk
management and escrow service issues
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to ensure ongoing
satisfaction and support
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required
4+ years of Client Service/Management experience required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
Knowledgeable in risk management program monitoring and
performance
