Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student - MHC Helpline Operator and
Case Manager Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer helpline calls and log notes in the online client
database
Make calls and perform basic client tasks as requested by the Case
Manager or Housing Navigator
Complete VI-SPDATs with clients after receiving training in the
interviewing process
Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment in classes as part of a degree program
Work study as part of financial aid package (students with work
study may be prioritized)
Compassionate and able to listen effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
General computer skills
