Job Description:
A highly motivated, experienced and skilled culinary
professional is required to lead operational aspects of our
Stamford location as General Manager. Primary focus is to ensure
the team delivers an unforgettable culinary experience and fosters
a desirable work environment. Key responsibilities include teaching
classes, managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining
aesthetic and sanitation standards. Benefits include flexible

of industry experience, and extensive purchasing and cost control
experience. They must be detail-oriented, have strong
administrative skills, and hold current food safety accreditation.

experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients.Additional
responsibilities include coordinating with the management team to
hire and train staff, managing the storage and receiving of food
