Join our team as a General Manager for an exciting new restaurant opening in January 2025. We're seeking an outgoing leader with 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality, a passion for seasonally driven cuisine, and a strong knowledge of wine.

Confidant's two-way concept is a blend of traditional NYC and modern-day flare. Our luncheonette is inspired by NYC's vibrant diner and deli culture, offering a fine-dining level of attention to detail and inventiveness. For dinner, we transform to a place of comfort and luxury. Our seasonal menu features a 6-course tasting menu and chef table experience that showcases our team's ingenuity and creativity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Leading and managing the F&B team
• Handling guest concerns
• Recruiting and training F&B colleagues
• Managing the departmental budget
• Ensuring safety and sanitation policies are followedQualifications include:
  • Extensive experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-end establishment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
