Job Description:

Midnights Bar is seeking a seasoned Weekend Shift Manager to lead our late night service on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong presence, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with our team. A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume nightlife is required, along with knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bar and support staff during late night service
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment
  • Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage systemsRequirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in high-volume nightlife
    • Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage maintenance
    • Food Handler's license and TIPS certification
