Job Title: Registered Nurse Unit ManagerAbout the Position: Boro Park Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Unit Manager in our Brooklyn facility. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and leading a team of nurses to achieve exceptional results.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Mentor and train less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.Requirements:
  • Current State RN License.
  • Minimum 3 years of Long Term Care experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
