Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Risk
Adjustment coding services
Define and execute cost management strategies to improve margins in
coding operations
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team across global
operations
Required Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience in the Risk Adjustment coding
services industry managing teams of 100+
Proven track record in technology-driven health services
organizations focused on automation and efficiency
Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams (300+
associates) with global exposure preferred
Experience contracting and managing partner-driven delivery
strategies
Demonstrated success in transforming operations and building
high-performance teams
