Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, CX Systems, Insights &
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting CX platform
issues and incidents
Oversee projects to optimize tools and manage vendor
relationships
Build out the Voice of the Customer (VOC) space using quantitative
and qualitative data
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Customer Experience industry experience
Experience with optimizing tools such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or
Gladly
Familiarity with CX metrics like CSAT and first contact
resolution
Experience managing projects and large-scale initiatives
Experience with voice of the customer work preferred, but not
required
