Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Member Services
(Medicare).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Member and Provider Contact Center operations to ensure
high-quality service delivery
Directly supervise contact center managers and teams to resolve
member and provider inquiries effectively
Implement programs and strategies to enhance member and provider
experiences and meet departmental KPIs
Required Qualifications
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
7+ years of Contact Center Management experience
Proven leadership success in medium-large contact centers managing
multiple people managers
Experience working in a matrix environment with dotted line
responsibilities
10+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry preferred
