Job Description:
A company is looking for an SMB Implementation Manager for the
New Trades team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for customers during a 5-week
implementation program
Manage project materials and ensure customers stay on track for
go-live
Conduct live sessions and troubleshoot software and hardware
issues
Required Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of relevant experience or knowledge in the Home
Service industry
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to
multitask
Strong customer relationship skills and understanding of excellent
customer service
Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
