Job Description
Summit Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our
established group at our 171 Huguenot Street New Rochelle, NY
location.

Nurse Practitioners provide general medical care and treatment to
Summit Health patients. This is done in direct collaboration with a
licensed physician, and in accordance with an approved written
practice agreement and guidelines. Services provided by the NP will
include health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses
and management of stable chronic illnesses.
Westchester County, located in the heart of the historic Hudson
Valley, is just north of NYC. It is known for top-notch public
schools, and a high quality of life. The County is also an
intellectual capital, boasting a highly educated workforce,
competitive colleges and universities, Fortune 500 companies, world
changing non-profits, and cutting-edge research centers. With just

Compensation Range: $118,000-$135,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and
salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors
including but not limited to years of experience, individual
performance, quality measures and location of position
