LPN Job SummarySky View Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. • Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to the unit leadership and respond timely to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
• Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities and deliver quality direct resident care.
• Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing residents for desired or unwanted effects.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise or update the Nursing Care Plan.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
  • Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN.
  • Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
