Nursing Team MemberWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including administering medications and performing standard nursing treatments
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, treatments, and responses
• Collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan as needed
• Prepare and oversee the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activitiesRequirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN
  • Dedicated to providing clinically sound and compassionate care
