Job Description:

We're seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant - Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.As a member of our care team, you'll work closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your warm and empathetic approach will help put our clients and their families at ease.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.Qualifications:
  • You must be a Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read and write at a 5th-grade level.
  • Driver with a reliable car preferred.Benefits:
