MedAdventures is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist in Briarcliff Manor, NY

This is a 13-week assignment, with the possible ability to extend.Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:Shift: 8hr DayConduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery and mobility.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manage conditions.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day.
