Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA. Holds a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, treatment plans, ensures MD orders are obtained, and completes all required documentation. Work settings include outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital. Pay Range: USD $44.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr.
