Primary Care opening _ First Responders Wellness Clinic _ New Jersey_x000D_Located in Toms River, NJ_x000D x000D_ - Full time_x000D_ - Permanent_x000D_ - Wellness Program_x000D_ - Clinic concentrates on providing care for first responders and their health & wellness programs._x000D_ - Must be Family Med, Internal Med or Occupational Med residency trained._x000D_ - Group provides care that is focused on each patients needs. Some of the services offered include hormone therapy, weight loss program, physician fitness, etc. _x000D_ - The hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5m. _x000D_ - There is one provider on site._x000D_ - Compensation is based on past experience._x000D x000D_Group specializes in treating all types of acute and chronic pain conditions.
