Department/Unit: Pediatric Float Pool Work Shift: Pediatric Float Pool_5_Day As a Pediatric Float Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing the needs of pediatric patients throughout their care. You will work towards progress towards discharge and ensure that competent and compassionate patient care is provided. Your role will also involve collaborating with the healthcare team, participating in quality improvement activities, and contributing to a safe and secure environment for patients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Create a compassionate and caring environment for patients and colleagues
• Collect and analyze patient health data to identify problems and formulate care plans
• Implement strategies for health promotion, prevention, and supportive care
• Evaluate patient progress towards goals and outcomes
• Lead other caregivers and contribute to quality nursing practice Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Experience in pediatric nursing preferred
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
