Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
for a remote telehealth position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake processes and document patient consultations in the
EMR
Provide sexual health counseling over the phone
Coordinate referrals and review medication and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a clinical or telehealth setting
Current license to practice as an LVN/LPN
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Ability to maintain a high-speed, hard-wired internet
connection
Experience working with the adult population
