Job Description:
RCM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse
Practitioner to join our team in Oceanport. This position offers an
opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare setting, providing
top-tier medical services to a diverse patient population. As a key
member of our healthcare team, you will leverage your advanced
clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care, engage in
diagnostic problem-solving, and collaborate closely with Physicians
and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish healthcare
plans. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe
medications and treatments in accordance with patient health needs.
Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Provide direct clinical services and management of acute and
chronic conditions. Educate patients and families on disease
prevention and health maintenance. Participate in continuous
quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills and ability
to handle a diverse range of cases. Ability to perform and
interpret diagnostic tests. Proficient in prescribing appropriate
medications and treatments. Excellent communication skills with
patients, families, and healthcare team. Strong organizational
skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Medical

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certifications.
