A company is looking for an Associate Director, Agile Coaching - SPCT.



Key Responsibilities

Guide, educate, and mentor organizational leaders and teams in Agile methodologies and practices
Manage a team of agile coaches to support the adoption of Agile mindset and methodologies
Promote a culture of innovation and psychological safety while driving continuous improvement


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Active, current SPCT certification with experience training core SAFe classes
Ability to provide a high-speed internet connection for a home office
Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
Minimum standard internet speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) required
