IT Service Desk Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager responsible for leading IT service delivery for help desk operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements of service desk operations
Develop and manage customer relationships and prepare executive-level reports on performance
Conduct assessments of current operations and implement plans for service desk evolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 4 years leading a service desk operations team
ITIL certification required
Experience with documenting and updating SOPs and ensuring cross-training for service desk tiers
