Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist (StorEdge
Product).
Key Responsibilities
Handle and register incidents received through various channels and
classify them based on severity and priority
Collaborate with senior engineers on complex cases and escalate
issues as necessary
Provide exceptional customer care and assist in training new
support team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or a
related field is desired
At least 2 years of product support experience, preferably in a
technical support position
Experience utilizing CRM systems
Computer/IT Certification is a plus or equivalent years of work
experience
Intermediate knowledge of desktop OS, network communication, and
web services is preferred
