In this position, you will operate side load trucks and are expected to uphold high standards of safety and reliability. Operate side load trucks to collect waste as per daily routes and schedules. Maintain a safe operational record and follow all traffic and waste management laws. Inspect vehicles daily and report any problems or necessary maintenance. Navigate through local streets and alleys, avoiding any potential hazards. Liaise with dispatchers and team members to optimize routes and service efficiency. Help with loading and unloading waste materials when necessary. Proficiency in driving large vehicles Strong awareness of safety protocols Good physical fitness and ability to handle strenuous tasks Effective communication skills for interacting with dispatchers and residents Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Clean driving record DOT medical card
