Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to
support the development of training materials for an electronic
health record system.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructor-led and computer-based training
materials
Analyze and assess the effectiveness of current training strategies
and materials
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to create
course content
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional
Technology with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2
years of experience
Experience developing and delivering training courses to various
audiences
Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate
Storyline
Experience with Microsoft Word templates
Ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust
Clearance
