Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing Representative to provide
excellent customer service and support to policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process Producer appointments, commission payments, and agent
maintenance tasks in compliance with guidelines
Stay updated on product offerings, processes, and regulations to
ensure compliance
Research and resolve customer issues while documenting interactions
clearly and concisely
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of previous customer service experience
Basic office and computer skills
Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
