is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser that is responsible for the
implementation of Investment Strategies across Bank of America
Global Wealth Management. The Managed Account Advisors Business
Enablement Executive supports business strategy development,
management, and operating discipline to help achieve defined
business goals. The investment solutions and platforms managed by
MAA inherently have a high degree of operating complexity and
industry change/evolution which requires constant review, strong
operating controls, and established frameworks to manage
effectively aligned with client needs. The Business Enablement
leader is responsible to facilitate the development of an operating
plan and framework, in coordination with the leadership team and
senior support partners, including clearly defined metrics,
priorities, alignment and connectivity across ISG and GWIM aligned
to established goals. The leader must have a deep understanding of
business unit products, platforms/programs, services and processes
and strong analytical capabilities.Areas of
