A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Specialist
(Onsite) in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between the policyholder and the company
Administer claim processes and assist employees in filing
claims
Develop relationships with HR, Benefits, and Payroll staff to
enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the Employee Benefits
industry
Experience in customer service, human resources, and/or account
management
Ability to interpret federal, state, and local leave
regulations
Discretion in handling sensitive personal situations
Ability to analyze and apply benefit contract provisions to complex
situations
