Renewals Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for driving account renewals and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the renewal process.



Key Responsibilities

Project manage the renewal experience in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives
Retain and increase subscription revenue by promoting multiyear contracts and managing customer migrations
Create client proposals and contracts for renewals, while providing feedback on the renewal experience


Required Qualifications

Experience in renewals, sales, or account management at a SaaS company
Experience managing a book of business with SMB and Enterprise Level accounts
Comfortable negotiating with procurement departments
High proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
