Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Support Consultant to
provide customer service and support for their EHR platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide live chat, email, and phone support to the EHR
community
Educate doctors and their staff on the functionality of the EHR
platform
Document and manage customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM
system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Previous customer service experience
Dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working in a remote setting
Availability to work between 8:00 am EST and 8:00 pm EST
