Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Generalist to
enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage talent acquisition and onboarding for a global team
Develop and support initiatives for employee engagement,
recognition, and rewards
Coordinate company events and manage benefits administration
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of HR/People Ops experience, preferably in a software
company
Bachelor's degree in any subject area preferred
Experience working with a global workforce
Ability to work independently and take initiative
