Key Responsibilities
Engage in client-facing technology consulting and evaluate new
initiatives
Manage resource allocation to ensure engineers are fully occupied
across projects
Establish career development paths and implement training programs
for technical growth
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on complex
e-commerce projects
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce architecture and Adobe Commerce
Experience in resource management across multiple projects
Skilled in recruiting and developing technical talent
Flexibility to adjust work hours for client needs
